The reason why the workshops get an extra chapter is because I would like to make it clear, that there will be basically two different types of workshops.

The ones on the northern side of the village will be located in the old sheds of a forma pigsty. Being far away from housing these workshops can be used for dirty and noisy works, like collector production, other building material recycling processes and the manufacturing of roof tiles and earth blocks. The workshops can be reached directly by car and lorry, while the workers have the chance to reach them on foot and bicycle paths.

Other workshops can simply be added to the newly build houses. They are meant to host smaller businesses like watchmakers, tailors, shoemakers etc. They are located always at the front of the house and allow thus an easier access by the public. The housing quarters will become places of mixed uses with an increased movement of people, which will make them interesting places to be.
